Fletcher Products accepts returns of new unopened and unused products for a full refund within 30 days of shipment. Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the total refund unless the return is a result of our error. To begin the return process, simply contact Fletcher Products through the Contact Us box on the Customer Service page within 30 days of your order. When a return is authorized, a Return Authorization Number will be issued. Customer service will provide return instructions and the Return Authorization Number must be clearly printed on the box. Customer service will provide the shipping address upon return approval.
If your purchase arrives missing any parts or pieces, simply contact us for help within 5 days of order receipt. We will send you the missing parts using the same shipping method used in the original order.
Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled. Contact our customer service team by phone to find out how to cancel your order.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of product provided the product is in unused, undamaged, new condition. Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the total refund unless the return is a result of our error.
In certain cases, orders can be picked up. If you are local in the SE Wisconsin area, please call us at 833-353-8241 x1 to find out order pick up options BEFORE placing an order.
Fletcher Products uses UPS and USPS as the primary shipping carriers. UPS transit and delivery days are Monday – Friday. USPS delivers Monday – Saturday.
Holiday Shipping Schedule
Memorial Day – UPS closed, no shipping or delivery of packages
Independence Day – UPS closed, no shipping or delivery of packages
Labor Day – UPS closed, no shipping or delivery of packages
Thanksgiving Day – UPS closed, no shipping or delivery of packages
Day after Thanksgiving – Normal pickup and delivery of all UPS service levels
Dec 24th – Christmas Eve – Fletcher Products closed, delivery of packages only
Dec 25th – Christmas Day – UPS closed, no shipping or delivery of packages
Dec 31st – New Year’s Eve – Delivery and Pickup of air packages only, ground transit closed
Jan 1st – New Year’s Day – UPS closed, no shipping or delivery of packages
For shipments originating from the US into Canada, the quoted shipping costs do not include all brokerage fees and duties. Taxes are not included. All prices on our site are in US Funds. Your credit card company will convert the US charge to Canadian.
Shipping to a PO Box
We can ship certain items to a PO box. Please contact us at 833-353-8241 before placing your order when using a PO box to ensure we are able to ship your items to a PO box.
Shipping to an address other than your billing address
Shipping to an address other than your billing address is possible provided you enter the billing address and ship to addresses in the payment form. You must provide the billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement otherwise your order will not be processed.
